WeCare is a dedicated social service organization situated in Waite Park, MN, specializing in providing comprehensive support to individuals aged 18 and above. Our unique Senior Day program specifically caters to the needs of elderly individuals aged 55+ from immigrant and refugee backgrounds. We provide professional healthcare, attentive monitoring, and engaging recreational activities within a secure and welcoming atmosphere that encourages social interaction and personal development. Our dedicated staff ensures each participant receives personalized attention, adapting activities to individual preferences, and fostering a sense of belonging and camaraderie among participants.
The Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) program at WeCare serves individuals with mental health challenges from various backgrounds. This program is committed to assisting clients in achieving independence in their homes or residences. By offering compassionate support services, we empower our clients to take control of their lives and experience a greater sense of fulfillment. Our skilled professionals collaborate with clients to develop tailored plans, focusing on skill-building, problem-solving, and relapse prevention, ensuring they receive the necessary tools and guidance to succeed.
Our Housing Stabilization Services are designed to assist individuals with disabilities, including those with mental health and substance use disorders, as well as seniors in need of support, regardless of their background. Our team works diligently to help these individuals locate and maintain suitable housing, ensuring they have a stable and secure living environment. We provide assistance with housing search and placement, landlord negotiation, budgeting, and ongoing support to prevent homelessness and promote long-term housing stability.
Lastly, we provide Personal Care Assistant (PCA) services for disabled individuals, including Traditional PCA and PCA Choice options. The Traditional PCA program manages all aspects of care, while the PCA Choice option allows clients more control over hiring, training, and scheduling PCAs. Our objective is to deliver personalized care, promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for our clients. We carefully match clients with qualified and compassionate PCAs who assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support overall well-being.
