Adult Day Services
When you choose We Care Adult Day Services, you’re choosing to live your life to the fullest! Our immaculate Adult Day Care Center was designed to be a focal point for the wellbeing of our community. A wide variety of customizable services awaits, each developed and delivered by our skilled staff members to help make your life more comfortable and enjoyable. Behavioral Health Services
WeCare Behavioral Health services provides mental health services including ARMHS to assist individuals in their efforts to achieve personal goals.
Each of our clients establishes an individual relationship with a mental health practitioner. Together they create a personalized plan to help guide the client toward developing the skills required to reach specific objectives and goals.
Housing Stabilization Services
Housing Stabilization is for adults with a mental illness who reside in Stearns County and surrounding areas.
Individuals must have Medical Assistance to receive Housing Stabilization Services.
Individuals must have a CADI or BI Medical Assistance Waiver to receive Home and Community Services
Personal Care Assistants
WeCare Home Health assists disabled individuals of all ages to help them live independently in the community or with their families. This includes the elderly and others with special healthcare needs. Our PCA services are provided in the recipient’s home or the community when normal life activities take him or her outside the home.
This service help with day-to-day activities to allow them be more independent. Our PCA Services help people in need through all activities of daily living, to include:
